• Collect daily data for the MPE-IT Dashboard.
• Update the MPE-IT Dashboard daily with key business KPIs.
• Collaborate with all MPE-IT Departments to set up proper monitoring tools.
• Implement new analyses to monitor new KPIs.
• Prepare weekly reports and presentations.
• Support Business Planning in collaboration with the Sales Department.
• Provide MPE-IT results to MPE upon request.

Your profile

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of IT packages (advanced Excel; basic knowledge of Power BI is appreciated)
• Organization, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple activities
• Good interpersonal skills

Your tasks

• Collect daily data for the MPE-IT Dashboard
• Update the MPE-IT Dashboard daily with key business KPIs
• Collaborate with all MPE-IT Departments to set up proper monitoring tools and analysis
• Implement new analyses to monitor new KPIs and cooperate with other Departments
• Prepare weekly reports, presentations, and other reports by gathering information from involved MPE-IT Departments
• Support Business Planning in collaboration with the Sales Department and monitor progress throughout the year
• Provide MPE-IT results to MPE upon request (Business Plan, Sales estimates, and OP KPIs)
