• Prepare weekly reports and presentations.
• Support Business Planning with the Sales Department.
• Provide MPE-IT results for reports upon request.

To strengthen our PDC in Pregnana Milanese, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst.

Your profile

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in IT packages (advanced Excel; basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus)
• Strong organization and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple activities
• Good interpersonal skills

Your tasks

• Collect daily data for the MPE-IT Dashboard
• Update the MPE-IT Dashboard daily with key business KPIs
• Collaborate with all MPE-IT Departments to set up monitoring tools and analysis
• Develop new analyses to monitor additional KPIs and work with other Departments
• Prepare weekly reports, presentations, and other documentation, gathering information from involved MPE-IT Departments
• Support Business Planning in collaboration with the Sales Department and monitor progress throughout the year
• Provide MPE-IT results for reports such as Business Plans, Sales estimates, and Operational KPIs upon request
