Job Summary

Within Tetra Pak Additional Material Department, we are looking for a Planning & Logistics Manager who supports the Management Team in achieving overall process and factory KPI's. As a Planning & Logistics Manager you will report to the Factory Director. This is a permanent position based in Sezzadio, (AL), Italy.

What you will do

As a Planning & Logistics Manager you will be involved in the following areas:

Planning & Logistics Management

• Member of Factory management team
• Lead Planning & Logistics Department (composed by Planning, Shipping, Logistics, Base Materials)
• Responsible for Safety and Quality results in Planning & Log area
• Responsible for Deliveries, On Time in Full
• Managing customers’ orders and shipping, stocks level and reorder levels for production as well as base materials replenishment
• Managing local staff (around 8 people), including recruitments and people development plans
• Support planning & logistic team in order to have proper priorities
• Responsible for own cost center, participate to budget and expenses analysis
• Operational KPIs analysis and management
• Plan and coordinate activities with external warehouse, including annual audits and periodical controls
• Interact with other operations departments (maintenance, production, quality, safety, HR and finance)

Projects

• Your department is responsible to support local projects

WCM

• Leader of Supply Chain & Office pillar, member of local Steering Committee
• Use WCM methodology to develop skills in your team, promote activities to reduce losses, follow up standards in the factory

• Able to work under pressure, you are calm and firm, you are clear in defining priorities and setting next steps
• Passion for new projects and to change status quo
• Strong analytical mindset and set up, easy to understand numbers
• Good collaborator, you speak up to share your view and listen to others’ inputs
• You have good skills on Office Online Pack (Share Point, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
• You are fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken
