What you would do as our Planning & Logistic Support

As our Planning & Logistic Support, you would be in contact with foreign suppliers, purchasing teams, and plants.

You would also be responsible for:

  1. Purchasing planning and orders management.
  2. Suppliers' deliveries follow-up.
  3. Shipments from suppliers management (especially from China).
  4. Contacts with forwarders and Customs.
  5. Shipping documents management.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  1. At least 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or planning department and logistic department.
  2. Bachelor in Managing Engineering or similar.
  3. Fluent level of Italian and English.
  4. Knowledge of AS400 or SAP.
  5. Communication abilities and stress management skills.
