Position: Planning Engineer

Saipem is seeking a Planning Engineer to join the Department of Project Control and Project Risk Management. The role involves:

1. Interfacing and coordinating with other company functions, preparing baseline documents including schedules, and ensuring clear communication of planning requirements. Developing procedures for progress measurement and creating/maintaining 90-day look-ahead schedules, including risk analysis.
2. Implementing the Planning and Progress Control System in accordance with project complexity, risk, duration, and contractual requirements. Monitoring project progress, assessing forecast dates, and reporting for all project phases.
3. Updating project schedules with actual data, evaluating forecasts, monitoring deviations, and alerting project managers to take corrective actions.
4. Participating in coordination meetings, maintaining records of significant events, and supporting contract change and claims processes with time impact analysis.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma.
• Knowledge of English (B1 or above).
• 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (offshore or onshore projects).
• Soft skills: Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Motivation, Time & Conflict Management, Organization, Collaboration, Decision Making, Adaptability.
• Preferred: Experience in Sealine Transport and Installation, Subsea field development, or EPCI Platforms.
• Location: Milan, Italy. Willingness to transfer is required.
