About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Planning Coordinator to join our planning team in DNV Supply Chain Product Assurance (SCPA) Denmark for our Medical Device sector. The role as a Project Coordinator is central to the unit's operations and success, coordinating projects, auditors, and customer needs. The role has a high impact on the section's results, client satisfaction, and colleagues' work life.

Your primary function is to schedule and plan audit activities in accordance with requirements in the certification schemes, resource availability, and input from customers. The Project Coordinator will be part of the planning team, reporting to the Head of Planning, Medical Europe. This role will be relevant to our Medical Devices sector.

Key responsibilities include
  • Scheduling audit activities and inputting the schedule into our IT system;
  • Liaising continuously with clients and auditors to set dates for audits;
  • Communicating the scheduled audits with clients and assessors;
  • Ensuring all audits are planned and delivered on time, following procedures, rules, and regulations;
  • Planning capacity and resource utilization while minimizing operational costs;
  • Collaborating with our technical and sales departments;
  • Contributing to analytical efforts for accurate forecasting;
  • Ensuring timely reporting by assessors for completed projects;
  • Updating our production system with accurate audit-related information;
  • Performing other administrative tasks related to activities/projects.
