Fincantieri – NAVIRIS cerca un Planner da inserire a Genova (Italia) o Ollioules (Francia). Il candidato ideale ha una significativa esperienza in pianificazione di progetto e gestione di Master Plan e schedule, per garantire la coerenza tra attività e milestone contrattuali.

La posizione offre una retribuzione lorda annua a partire da €45.000, incentivi, buoni pasto e assicurazione sanitaria, con possibilità di viaggi in Italia e all’estero; l’inserimento sarà interamente gestito da Fincantieri.

Competenze

• Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 2 anni in ruolo simile.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; francese/italiano sono plus.
• Capacità di utilizzare Excel, creare grafici di Gantt e buona conoscenza di SAP; Primavera Oracle preferita.
• Flessibilità, ottime doti interpersonali e orientamento al risultato.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all’estero.

Mansioni

• Costruire e monitorare Master Plan e schedule di progetto per assicurare la coerenza tra attività e milestone contrattuali.
• Supportare il PM nel monitoraggio di fasi e percorsi critici.
• Collaborare con le funzioni per sviluppare programmi dettagliati e l’integrazione tra funzioni.
• Supportare il Director di Progetto e il BID Director nella pianificazione e nelle revisioni di fase.
• Gestire il flusso di cassa del progetto sulla base dei pagamenti e delle fatture.

Questa posizione è in Fincantieri – tramite la joint venture NAVIRIS con Naval Group, ricerca un Planner da inserire a Genova (Italia) o Ollioules (Francia). Il candidato ideale ha una significativa esperienza in pianificazione di progetto e capacità organizzative per gestire Master Plan e schedule di programmazione.

La posizione offre una retribuzione annuale lorda a partire da €45.000 e include benefit quali incentivi, buoni pasto e assicurazione sanitaria, con possibilità di trasferte in Italia e all’estero. Il processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito da Fincantieri.

The Planner reports to the Programme Director and works inside the Project Management Team. He/she has the responsibility to build and monitor the Master Plan and the Project Schedule to assure that all activities and detailed schedules made by all other offices involved in the project are consistent with the contractual milestones.

In the role, the resource will take care of the following activities:

• Build the Main Project Schedule, verifying its consistency with the contractual requirements
• Prepare, update and monitor the Master Plan progress, as a Programmatic reference document for all Functions on the basis of the different documents received from other company’s departments and/or other OEM/subcontractors/partners involved in the Programme
• Support the Project Director in the analysis of the Project critical paths by identifying mitigation actions and / or by proposing alternative actions
• Support the technical team in the monitoring of the Engineering planning; Programme
• Monitor the progress of the Programme on the basis of the documents of the suppliers: progress report production, integrated production Programme, workshop detail Programmes with evidence to the Project Manager of deviations from the preventive curves
• Develop Programmatic simulations on significant topics of the project and/or on the feasibility of strategic choices
• Collaborate with Functions to develop detailed Programmes and integration between Functions on critical paths
• Support the PM to manage the Project Phase Review in the different phases of the programme
• Support the BID director to build preliminary Master Plan
• Support the Accounting and Administration manager to elaborate the Project cash-flow on the base of the interim payments and the relevant invoices planning

Requirements:

• Previous work experience of at least 2 years, matured in a similar role
• Excellent level of knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken; Knowledge of French/Italian is a plus
• Ability to use Excel, create Gantt charts, and good level of knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of Oracle Primavera and MS Project will be preferred
• Personal characteristics such as flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, ability to team-working; complete the problem-solving profile, economic and organizational sensitivity, result orientation
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad

• Starting gross annual salary no less than €45.000
