Job Opportunity: Logistics Coordinator

Adecco Permanent Consultant in Modena is seeking a structured company operating in the industrial plant sector to find a logistics coordinator responsible for managing and coordinating spare parts/shipping and service warehouses, as well as providing organizational support to technicians in scheduling interventions.

Responsibilities

1. Entering and monitoring intervention calls in the system;
2. Scheduling and overseeing orders;
3. Planning deliveries/pick-ups/returns;
4. Supporting customers during fault reporting;
5. Coordinating the spare parts warehouse.

Skills

• At least two years of experience as a logistics clerk or similar role;
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite;
• Strong organizational skills.

We offer a permanent contract directly with the company. The offered salary will be commensurate with experience and personal expectations. Benefits include a €12 meal voucher per day. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility and the possibility of smart-working two days a week. Expected start date: 15/05/2025.
