Job summary

Bridgestone is seeking a Plan to Plan Coordinator SOR in Vimercate to oversee end-to-end planning, inventory, and logistics with a focus on customer collaboration and continuous improvement. You will coordinate P2P analysts and drive KPI performance in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience (SAP SD/MM), and advanced Excel/VBA capabilities, with English fluency for HQ interactions.

• Lead weekly performance reviews and planning meetings with Customers and sales teams.
• Develop collaborative forecasting models aligned with supply chain capabilities.
• Plan regular customer visits and touchpoints; manage orders across channels.
• Monitor open orders, allocations, delivery performance and backorders.
• Use tools like SAP SD/MM and OMP to optimize planning and execution.
