Aretè & Cocchi Technology seeks a senior Piping Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will oversee plant design, critical piping routing, and ensure compliance with engineering requirements in a collaborative environment committed to sustainable engineering practices. International mobility is a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in upstream oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of major international codes and standards.

Mansioni

• Involved in plant design of upstream industrial plants in the oil gas petrochemical sector.
• Draw critical piping routing from process diagrams and plot plans.

DEPARTMENT : PLAD ABSER

ACTIVITIES :

In this position the resource will be involved in :

• Experience in plant design of upstream industrial plants in the oil gas petrochemical sector, modular skids projects with particular focus on Plant layout development and Handling ;
• Drawing up critical piping routing from process diagrams and plot plan and elevation plans considering constraints such as accessibility, maintainability, safety, thermal gradients, material costs;
• Counting of piping materials based on P&ID and plot plan;
• Interpretation of technical specifications identifying critical aspects
• Analysis and interpretation of contractual clauses and critical analysis of customer requirements
• Supervision of piping engineering activities produced by external subcontractors or other Saipem engineering centers.
• Ensure the execution of Piping Engineering activities in compliance with the costs and timescales.

QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a specialized diploma.

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP : P ermanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :

Minimum 10 years of experience having worked for upstream oil & gas projects and knowledge with major related international codes and standards.

IT SKILLS : Knowledge of Office package, AutoCAD 2D, Smart Plant 3D and / or Aveva E3D, Knowledge or use of Caesar II

NICE TO HAVE : Availability for international mobility
