Wood is recruiting for a Piping Designer to join its Projects business line focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) with hybrid working up to two days per week.

Wood is recruiting for a Piping Designer to join its Projects business line focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

The Role

You will report to the Piping Leader for the Projects and support the execution of Piping Design activities, starting from Equipment Layout definition and Piping Layout development for all relevant lines. You will interact with other Engineering Disciplines to ensure an effective flow of information and documents. Piping design activities will be mainly carried out using 3D design tools under the guidance of senior personnel.
