• 3/5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor.
• Knowledge of Excel and Construction Management System.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project quantities from initial calculations to final accounts.
• Contribute to reducing project costs and optimizing value for money while ensuring standards and quality.
• Monitor work quantities and track the physical progress of the project.
• Collaborate with foremen and site supervisors to gather data for accurate progress measurement.
• Report to the Project Control Manager.
• Prepare data for active and passive accounting with subcontractors and suppliers.
