As the Pilot Plant Production Manager, you will oversee the Romano pilot plant, focusing on enhancing and optimizing existing pilot production processes and related products. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, such as Research & Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Service & Business Development, and Planning, to ensure smooth cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities

1. Manage the Romano pilot plant.
2. Enhance and optimize current pilot production processes and products.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Research & Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Service, Business Development, and Planning departments.
4. Lead product transfer processes from laboratory to pilot plant and production scale, including managing transfer packages and coordinating transfer meetings.
5. Serve as project leader, supporting project management efforts.

Required skills and experience

1. 1-3 years of working experience, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
2. Degree in chemical engineering or industrial chemistry.
3. Advanced knowledge of chemical processes and engineering.
4. Strong cross-functional teamwork skills, including communication and collaboration.
5. Handyman skills and problem-solving abilities.
6. Fluent in Italian and English.
