Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Pilates Sales Manager & Instructors Network based at our HQ in Cesena. You will lead the sales team for Pilates across all territories covered by our subsidiaries or distributors. Your responsibilities include building an instructor network, promoting the Pilates business model, supporting product launches, and driving revenue and margins through pre-sales activities, product training, and proactive customer engagement.

Your Impact
Sales & Business Development:
  • Promote the Pilates business model and execute global sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Drive sales of Pilates equipment and solutions across various market segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Create and coordinate a network of national Pilates sales specialists.
  • Support subsidiaries and distributors in defining tailored solutions for customers.
  • Oversee solution delivery to maximize active users and ROI.
  • Provide sales forecasts and manage pipelines effectively.
  • Support product launches and upgrades with commercial initiatives and lead generation activities.
Community Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Build and activate the Pilates community as a brand ambassador.
  • Work closely with instructors, trainers, and studio owners to understand and meet their needs.
  • Organize community initiatives to promote Pilates education and equipment use.
About You
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Pilates industry.
  • Proven sales track record and strong knowledge of Pilates equipment and accessories.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications include a Pilates instructor certification, experience in fitness or wellness sectors, and global sales and team management experience.
