Conducting theoretical and modeling research, including the implementation of new analytical models into code. Development and verification of analytical models. Application of these models to procedures for extracting electrical and thermal parameters. Investigation of electro-thermal aspects in state-of-the-art transistors—such as nanowire, nanosheet, nanoribbon, and CFET architectures—utilizing innovative materials. Identification of innovative modeling solutions for studying self-heating phenomena.
