ProSync is seeking a Mid-Level Physical Security (PHYSEC) Specialist to support and execute physical security programs across DoD and IC environments. You will assess security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement measures to protect personnel, facilities, and sensitive information.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, active IAT/IAM Level II certification, and a TS/SCI or higher clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical security or related government security programs.
• Experience conducting security assessments, inspections, vulnerability reviews, or compliance evaluations.
• Must hold an active IAT/IAM Level II certification.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support physical security programs per DoD/government requirements.
• Conduct security assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews of facilities and controlled areas.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security posture.
• Coordinate with government customers, facility managers, engineers, and security personnel.
• Develop reports, risk assessments, briefings, and recommendations for leadership.
