For our Italian division, wefox services Italy, we are currently looking for a PHP Developer BE (m/f/i). You will play a key role in implementing innovative projects for the group.

In this role, you will:

• Understand product and technical priorities.
• Independently scope and implement production-ready solutions.
• Debug production issues when necessary.
• Contribute to project estimation and commit to realistic workloads.
• Make well-reasoned design decisions, considering potential issues, trade-offs, risks, and appropriate abstraction levels.
• Conduct meaningful code reviews.

What you bring:

• Hands-on experience with server applications serving API, batch, or queue.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, or similar (ORM, Event).
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven platforms.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Experience with Git is a plus.
• Working knowledge of English is required.
