Structural and biophysical studies of protein complexes
The candidate will work on the functional / structural characterization of HMGB1-CXCL12 interaction with the GPCR receptor CXCR4 (project founded by AIRC)
Motivated researcher with B.S.-MA in biological sciences, biotechnology, chemistry or physics
Junior fellows interested in a Ph.D.
Experience in molecular biology and / or biochemistry, protein expression and purification is essential
Experience in biophysical and structural biology methods (e.g. ITC, NMR, BLI, SPR, X-ray, cryo-EM) and / or cell biology is considered a plus
Good organizational skills, ability to focus on multiple priorities are required
