Il candidato ideale avrà un background scientifico e sarà responsabile di proporre prodotti a farmacisti, gestire ordini e formare il personale. Pharma Point, a rapidly growing company in the dietary supplements sector focused on research, development, production, and distribution of innovative probiotics and prebiotics for health and wellness, is seeking:

1 PHARMACY COACH

Location: Catania and Messina

Main Responsibilities:

1. Propose products and services with a focus on scientific and technical training, leading to sales to pharmacists.
2. Consolidate and expand the client portfolio of pharmacies in the assigned area.
3. Ensure achievement of sales targets by managing and collecting pharmacy orders.
4. Analyze market data to understand current dynamics in the assigned area.
5. Train pharmacy staff on products from a scientific and advisory perspective, organizing territorial training activities and preparing relevant training materials.
6. Analyze and manage customer feedback to develop business in the zones and meet sales objectives.
7. Support merchandising activities in pharmacies.

Preferred Requirements:

• Degree in scientific disciplines (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology)
• Minimum experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong results orientation and goal-driven work ethic
• Knowledge of English language
