Pharmacovigilance Specialist - VIE Contract

Program Eligibility :

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Note: Candidates cannot apply for a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. Applications must be in English; applications in French only will not be considered.

About the job

As a VIE, you will contribute to the Italian Pharmacovigilance (PV) team through projects and daily activities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company guidelines for Italy & Malta.

Join our PV team as a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to help maintain PV knowledge, ensure legal and company requirements are met, and foster good customer relations.

Main responsibilities :

1. Serve as the Pharmacovigilance Specialist for Sanofi products.
2. Maintain Pharmacovigilance Operating & Safety Management systems.
3. Monitor incoming communications and manage Pharmacovigilance data timely.
4. Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local PV requirements.
5. Identify issues or dysfunctions in PV processes.
6. Contribute to PV education, training, and compliance metrics.
7. Collaborate with local and regional teams for PV system management.

About you

Experience :

Minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred.

Skills :

• Knowledge of international and national pharmacovigilance regulations and standards.
• Sense of urgency and adherence to safety rules and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills: detail-oriented, accurate, organized, punctual, diligent, and able to prioritize tasks under time pressure.

Education :

Master’s Degree in a scientific field (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Health Sciences, Veterinarian, Biologist, or similar).

Languages :

Fluent English (medical terminology knowledge is a plus), basic Italian understanding.
