iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As a VIE, you will actively contribute to the Italian Pharmacovigilance (PV) team and local organization through projects and daily collaboration, performing PV activities for Sanofi in Italy & Malta in accordance with local legislation and company guidelines.
Join our Italian Pharmacovigilance (PV) team as Pharmacovigilance Specialist to contribute to Sanofi's success by establishing and sharing knowledge of PV, including legal and company requirements, and maintaining good customer relations.
Experience : Minimum 2 years in a similar role is highly preferred.
Soft and Technical skills : Knowledge of international and national pharmacovigilance regulations and industry standards. Demonstrate urgency, attention to detail, high accuracy, excellent organization, punctuality, diligence, and the ability to prioritize tasks under time pressure.
Education : Master’s Degree in a scientific field (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Health Sciences, Veterinarian, Biologist, or similar).
Languages : Very good command of English (medical terminology knowledge is an asset), and basic Italian understanding.
