The role focuses on coaching, client and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects, regulatory readiness, and continuous process improvements to drive quality and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within a CRO, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Previous people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes.
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and lead teams in a dynamic environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 53 200,00 € - 79 800,00 €. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
