About the Role

We are seeking energetic and sociable Professional Sales Representatives to promote and sell our innovative digital solution, designed to digitize pharmacies across Italy. This product includes digital planning tools, e-signature solutions, and home / medication delivery services. The role is focused on digital solutions and services, with a strong emphasis on social media and digital engagement. This role requires weekly travels between Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients in the field to introduce and sell digital solutions for pharmacies.
  • Transition clients to the social media marketing team for ongoing digital campaigns after initial engagement.
  • Manage both existing and new clients.
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 client visits per week for pharma sector profiles.
  • Participate in onsite training and onboarding, including initial client visits alongside the hiring manager.
  • Learn and utilize CRM systems as required; adaptability and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Allocate approximately 20% of work time to administrative or home office tasks.
Candidate Profile
  • Young, energetic, and sociable, with a genuine passion for digital and social media.
  • Strong sales acumen in client facing situations with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience selling digital products or supplements to pharmacies, especially with social media involvement, is a plus.
  • Category B driver’s license;
  • Adaptable, digitally savvy, and able to build strong client relationships.
  • Comfortable with frequent fieldwork and client visits.
Compensation & Contract
  • Base salary + €10,000 bonus (paid quarterly at €2,500 upon achieving targets) + a company car with fuel card, all travels to client’s sites are covered by the company including meals and accommodation.
  • Probation period: 60 working days.
Interview & Selection Process
  • Two-stage interview.
Employer & Structure
  • All hires will be employed directly by CGM, though the 4K product is managed as a separate legal entity.
