Job Title : Pharmaceutical Logistics Sales Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in pharmaceutical logistics across Northern Italy and selected European markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the pharma logistics sector to join our team and contribute to the company's success.

You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions to pharmaceutical clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and regulatory requirements in pharma logistics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharma logistics sector
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within pharmaceutical logistics
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and regulatory requirements in pharma logistics
  • Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in German and / or French is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel across the region and internationally
