A leading pharmaceutical company in Garbagnate Milanese is seeking a Pharmaceutical Affairs Specialist to review documentation, contribute to SOPs, and support training in a collaborative environment. Candidates should hold a Master's degree and demonstrate strong GMP knowledge, as well as excellent communication skills in both English and Italian.

Overview

Pharmaceutical Affairs Specialist (m / f / d) at Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing in Garbagnate Milanese, Lombardy, Italy. Working in the Manufacturing Drug Product cluster (Bulk and Packaging Department), closely with Production Operators and interacting with multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review of batch packaging documentation, using electronic batch records
• Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) creation and update
• Personnel training on the procedure
• Support in the deviation, corrective action and preventive action (CAPAs) and complaints management
• Support MES project

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies (CTF) or Pharmacy
• At least 6 months of previous experience in production and QA activities and strong GMP knowledge. More than 6 months of work experience will be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural predisposition to teamwork
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and open to a digital mindset
• Residence or domicile in Lombardy
• Fluent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
