Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a QC Supervisor to lead a pharmaceutical QC team, ensuring cGMP compliance from raw materials to finished products. You will manage testing, investigations, and continuous improvement while partnering with manufacturing and quality systems teams to meet customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience with analytical testing methods (HPLC/GC) in a laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific field with 3+ years of pharma/biotech QC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology with 5+ years relevant QC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop QC team to meet site objectives.
• Plan and coordinate laboratory operations and turnaround times.
• Provide oversight for analytical testing and troubleshooting (HPLC/GC).
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Engage in customer calls and audits; support regulatory inspections.
