We are searching for a highly motivated Pharma Product Specialist with a strong scientific background and previous experience in a similar role to join our Sales Department.

Celltrion Healthcare Italy is a rapidly developing company with a robust product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Specialty drugs; however, attitude will be the primary criterion for selection. The ideal candidate is a team builder, proactive, flexible, open-minded, energetic, result-oriented, and highly motivated to contribute to and grow with our company in Italy.

Key responsibilities :

• Support the Area Manager in understanding the assigned region(s)
• Collaborate with the Area Manager and Medical Liaisons to map biologics-prescribing physicians
• Promote Celltrion products to physicians in accordance with guidelines from the Regional Business Manager
• Map and build relationships with stakeholders impacting access and distribution of Celltrion products, including administrative personnel, pharmacists, and physicians
• Monitor local policies and competitors' commercial actions / projects, report findings, and suggest potential strategies
• Maintain accurate records of activities, in line with RBM requests and using provided tools (CRM)
• Present Celltrion products and their value propositions, emphasizing healthcare system sustainability, using materials supplied by the Italian Office
• Identify potential commercial opportunities within the private health sector and support negotiations with procurement offices, in alignment with Commercial and Medical teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and Celltrion's code of conduct
• Report all field activities, including personal interactions, material distribution, and expenses

Minimum requirements :

• Scientific degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or equivalent
• Master's in pharma market access (preferred but not mandatory)
• Previous experience as a Product Specialist in the pharma sector
• Experience in IBD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or Psoriasis Arthritis
• Deep knowledge of the assigned region's processes and stakeholders
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a result-oriented attitude
• Availability to travel over 50% of the time, including overnight stays
• Experience in product launches (preferred but not mandatory)
