We are seeking a highly motivated Pharma Product Specialist with a strong scientific background and previous experience in a similar role to join our Sales Department.

Celltrion Healthcare Italy is a rapidly growing company with a robust product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Specialty drugs; however, attitude is the primary factor in our selection. The ideal candidate is a team builder, proactive, flexible, open-minded, energetic, result-oriented, and highly motivated to contribute to and grow with our company in Italy.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Area Manager's understanding of the assigned region(s) in specific therapeutic areas (Allergology, Pneumology, Immunology, Dermatology).
  2. Collaborating with the Area Manager and Medical Liaisons to map biologics-prescribing physicians in the target areas.
  3. Promoting Celltrion products to physicians in accordance with regional guidelines.
  4. Building relationships with stakeholders impacting access and distribution, including administrative personnel, pharmacists, and physicians.
  5. Monitoring local policies and competitors' activities, reporting findings, and designing potential strategic actions.
  6. Keeping accurate records of activities using provided tools (CRM).
  7. Presenting Celltrion products and their value proposition effectively, emphasizing sustainability in healthcare.
  8. Identifying potential commercial opportunities in the private healthcare sector and supporting negotiations.
  9. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the company's code of conduct.
  10. Reporting all field activities, including interactions, materials distributed, and expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Scientific degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Pharma Product Specialist.
  • Experience in Allergology, Immunology, Pneumology, or Dermatology.
  • Deep knowledge of regional processes and stakeholders.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to travel over 50%, including overnight stays.
  • Experience in product launches (preferred but not mandatory).
