Alfasigma in Bologna, Italy, seeks a high-potential Business Development professional to identify, evaluate and finalize new opportunities within the BD strategy to drive growth and profitability. You will analyze opportunities such as product acquisitions, co-development, licensing and asset deals, coordinating scientific and marketing assessments, forecasts and due diligence.

Competenze

Degree in Science or Economics and science/market acumen.
Pharma industry experience, BD preferred.
Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills.

Mansioni

Identify new BD opportunities (product acquisitions, co-development, licensing and asset deals).
Coordinate assessment of opportunities from scientific and marketing viewpoints.
Prepare forecasting and modeling, including pricing, risk, and scenario planning.
Initiate and coordinate due diligence and deal processes.
Support NPV analyses and provide viability recommendations; coordinate transaction negotiations.
