Your Responsibilities:

1. Establish, maintain, and improve the Project Management Framework to ensure efficient and effective processes as well as best practices.
2. Define and set up Project Management Control processes.
3. Identify skills and skill gaps.
4. Implement global project management tools and performance indicators.

Your Background:

1. Personal qualities are vital for success: strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and continuous learning.
2. PMP certification.
3. Experience with technical projects in the industry.
