About The Role

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Personnel Certification Business Developer is responsible for developing the business related to personnel certification, in accordance with DNV policies, procedures, and instructions. This position involves active engagement with strategic and technical partners essential to the certification business, participation in technical working groups to analyze and identify new professional profiles to be certified, and the promotion of certification opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.

Main Areas Of Responsibility

  • Develop the personnel certification business by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the portfolio of certifications offered.
  • Engage and manage strategic and technical partners essential for business development in personnel certification.
  • Participate in technical working groups, workshops, and industry meetings to identify new professional profiles to be certified and anticipate market needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define new certification schemes.
  • Monitor the regulatory and market landscape to identify trends, changes, and development opportunities.
  • Promote personnel certification solutions to clients, trade associations, industry bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of technical and regulatory documentation required for the activation of new certification schemes.
  • Manage relationships with organizations, associations, and partners involved in certification processes.
  • Contribute to the definition of commercial and marketing strategies for the promotion of certifications and by achieving the Target Ambition.
