About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO, based in Italy, to provide critical support in both professional and personal matters. You’ll be the trusted right hand of the CEO, ensuring daily operations, communications, and priorities are managed efficiently and with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel itineraries
Act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Organize and prioritize incoming communications and follow-ups
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Manage confidential tasks and personal appointments with discretion
Support logistics for events, meetings, and company-related travel
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to enhance CEO productivity

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite leadership
Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills
High proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management tools
Strong discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information
Fluent in English and Italian
Bachelor’s degree preferred
