I have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a Family Office. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and highly organized individual responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office, including administrative duties, support, and daily family needs. The role requires handling sensitive matters with discretion in a fast-paced, confidential environment, where attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years working in a family office or wealth management position, with the ability to handle sensitive family matters discreetly and flexibly.
    • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills in Italian and English.
    • Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Affairs:
    • Assist with the family's travel needs related to business.
    • Coordinate with external advisors and business partners for smooth operations.
    • Collaborate with the London office.
  • Private Matters:
    • Manage and organize the family’s personal schedules, including travel, appointments, and events.
    • Oversee household matters, including staff and services management, ensuring top-tier care and efficiency.
    • Assist with personal financial management when needed.
    • Provide ad-hoc support to family members both personally and professionally.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude, with foresight to address family and business needs.
