Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with a presence in Europe, the United States, and Latin America, with over 19 years of experience. Our company develops, builds, finances, manages, and operates high-quality renewable energy projects in various countries, with a portfolio of 2.6 GW (1.3 operational and +1.3 under construction) of assets in operation and construction. The entire portfolio under development exceeds 18 GW.

Opdenergy is currently seeking a Permitting Specialist to support our projects in Italy.

How can you help us?

• Support and follow-up on permitting activities for potential internally developed greenfield PV projects.
• Develop PV projects from greenfield to ready-to-build.
• Follow-up on various phases of project development.
• Review and monitor authorization documentation, ensure compliance, and conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Engage with private and public entities.
• Negotiate and collaborate with the legal department to close agreements (including land agreements, SPA, co-development agreements, etc.).
• Identify all permitting activities required for projects to reach the “ready to build” stage.
