Prysmian is seeking a Permitting Specialist for its Milan HQ. The role supports the Environmental and Permit Manager across projects, tenders, sites and vessels, aiming to harmonize permitting practices and improve company processes.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in permitting or environmental management, a strong regulatory understanding, and excellent English. Travel of 10–20% is expected, with a permanent full-time contract and hybrid work.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in permitting management or environmental management.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• Experience in corporate multi-project environment with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Support collection, consolidation and analysis of permitting requirements across projects, tenders, sites and vessels.
• Contribute to development, update and harmonization of permitting procedures, tools and reporting systems.
• Monitor permitting status across multiple projects and identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain centralized permitting registers with traceability of key information.
• Promote adoption of common permitting practices across the company.
