For our Global Headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a temporary Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Fortidia Marketing department. This crucial role supports the Performance Marketing Manager in driving high-quality, multichannel lead generation strategies and defining effective marketing actions to expand the Franchise network across Fortidia Countries, including Italy, Iberia, Germany, France, Poland, UK & Ireland, US, and Australia.

In this role, you will collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, as well as external stakeholders such as digital marketing agencies and service providers, to ensure top-tier project delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities and Focus:

  1. Marketing & Lead Generation
  2. Implement strategies for lead generation across new and existing channels
  3. Assist in developing and executing the global marketing plan to support business growth across countries and boost conversions
  4. Develop and coordinate budgets and forecasts for leads and sales for retail network development
  5. Build monthly reports on key marketing KPIs, managing data entry and dashboard monitoring
  6. Analyze and monitor spending on Retail Network Development initiatives, providing actionable insights
  7. Review media strategies, spending, and results across countries, sharing best practices

Digital Channels and Go-to-Market:

  1. Support website content creation and optimization for organic performance
  2. Assist in defining and analyzing SEO strategies
  3. Define email marketing automation and reporting to support sales activities
  4. Collaborate on paid and organic lead generation efforts with cross-functional teams

New Franchise Sales Support:

  1. Analyze customer sales journeys and identify opportunities for improvement
  2. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing tools and materials for franchise sales
  3. Coordinate with teams to gather materials, data, and best practices, and facilitate monthly meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or marketing with strong academic performance
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and SEO
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Commercial mindset and performance-driven attitude
  • Positive, energetic, and communicative approach
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
