A leading marketing department is seeking a temporary Performance Marketing Specialist in Milan to support lead generation strategies and oversee multichannel marketing initiatives. The role requires collaboration with local teams and digital marketing agencies to drive business growth across various international markets.
For our Global Headquarters in Milan, we are seeking a temporary Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Fortidia Marketing department. This vital role supports the Performance Marketing Manager in developing high-quality, multichannel lead generation strategies and implementing effective marketing actions to expand our Franchise network across Fortidia Countries (relevant geographies include Italy, Iberia, Germany, France, Poland, UK & Ireland, US, and Australia).
In this role, you will regularly collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, as well as external stakeholders and suppliers (such as digital marketing agencies and service providers), to ensure top-tier project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Channels and Go-To-Market:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation through paid and organic channels, analyze the customer’s sales journey, and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with sales and marketing teams across countries to develop marketing tools and materials that convert leads into customers. Guide teams in collecting materials, data, and best practices, and coordinate monthly meetings.
