  • We are looking for
    • a genius-level Performance Marketing Specialist
    • for our office in Milan. You will manage the execution of SEM activities with a proactive approach, analyzing their impact on business performance. Thanks to your out-of-the-box thinking, you will understand growth drivers and find ways to automate processes to scale volumes up.

    No two days are the same in this role. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing the execution of SEM activities daily;
    • Implementing a full-funnel strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Bing, Amazon, Mailchimp, and Affiliation;
    • Coordinating Whatsapp 1:1 and remarketing campaigns using tools like Charles;
    • Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting optimization strategies;
    • Monitoring, reporting, and providing insights to improve KPIs; collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of digital marketing on company KPIs;
    • Working with creative and social ads teams to ensure a consistent cross-channel strategy.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Engineering, or Economics with a minimum grade of 108/110;
    • At least 3 years of experience in managing campaigns on Google Search, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads in startups, scale-ups, agencies, or B2C companies;
    • International experience managing campaigns across different countries;
    • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot, Shopify, and Data Studio;
    • Analytical and ROAS-driven mindset;
    • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vertical search functions;
    • Fluent in Italian and English (at least B2 IELTS/TOEFL level);
    • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment;
    • Customer-first mindset;
    • Logical, analytical, and innovative thinking with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data-informed decision-making;
    • Experience with web3 marketing and blockchain technology is a strong plus.
