For our Global Headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a temporary Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Fortidia Marketing department. This is a crucial role supporting the Performance Marketing Manager in driving high-quality, multichannel lead generation strategies and defining the most effective marketing actions to enlarge the Franchise network across Fortidia Countries.

Geographies of relevance include Italy, Iberia, Germany, France, Poland, UK & Ireland, US, and Australia.

On an ongoing basis, you will collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers (such as digital marketing agencies and service providers) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities and Focus
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Implement strategies for lead generation across new and existing channels. Assist in developing and implementing a worldwide marketing plan to support business growth across countries, aiming to boost conversions. Develop and coordinate lead and sales budgets and forecasts for retail network development. Build monthly reports on key marketing KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and dashboard monitoring. Analyze, monitor, and guide spending on RND initiatives. Analyze media strategies, spending, and results by country, sharing insights and best practices to support business decisions.
  • Digital Channels and Go-To-Market: Support website content development to improve organic performance. Assist in defining and analyzing SEO strategies. Define email marketing automation and reporting to support sales activities. Collaborate across teams to enhance lead generation through paid and organic channels. Support analysis of the customer sales journey to identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop tools and materials for converting leads into customers. Guide teams in collecting materials, data, and best practices, and coordinate monthly meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in economics or marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation and performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Hubspot knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and SEO strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Commercial attitude with a performance-oriented mindset.
  • Positive, energetic, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
