Sisal is offering a 6-month internship within the Flutter SEA framework in Milan, Italy, with a monthly reimbursement of €800. You will engage with business partners, support data-driven decisions, and contribute to optimizing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, CVM, Product, and Analytics teams.

The role emphasizes English and Italian communication, cross-functional teamwork, and proactive problem-solving, with 3 days of smart working per week in a hybrid setup.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus.

• Learn to manage daily relationships with business partners, handling requests, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth collaboration aligned with business objectives.
• Learn to prepare and oversee periodic updates on portfolio results and performance, supporting data driven decision making through continuous analysis.
• Monitor compensation models and incentive plans, ensuring proper implementation and alignment with company objectives, with a focus on P&L to identify opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse retail partner performance through key KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CVM, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize digital campaigns, landing pages, and partner specific initiatives.
