Join our Wealth Management retail network, composed of dedicated branches offering highly specialized and personalized advice to high-net-worth clients. Our Wealth Advisory approach ensures clients access to the best resources within the UniCredit group.
We are looking for motivated individuals to start their professional journey with a three-month training internship, with the possibility of employment afterward. This opportunity is ideal for those eager to develop commercial skills within a dynamic and flexible environment.
During the internship, you will undergo a dedicated three-month training program, developed in collaboration with external partners, covering financial products and services, regulatory standards, consumer protection, and risk management. With the guidance of a tutor, you will assist the team in daily activities, gaining practical knowledge of banking operations and financial products offered by UniCredit.
This internship aims to equip you with the tools and skills necessary to assume the role of Wealth Customer Assistant upon successful completion. If successful, you may be offered a permanent position with an apprenticeship contract. Additionally, after employment, you will have the opportunity to obtain certification to operate as a financial advisor outside the office, demonstrating your professional competencies.
Qualifications include being a university student or having completed a technical, high school diploma, or a first or second-level university degree with good grades. Candidates should have a keen interest in financial services, strong interpersonal skills, good communication abilities, and proficiency in Italian and English. You must register all your educational qualifications and final grades for proper evaluation.
The selection process includes the internship and, if successful, a job offer with an apprenticeship contract. The internship offers a clear growth path with continuous learning, training, and inclusivity as core values. Depending on the internship type and coordination with the promoting entity, it may be conducted in a hybrid mode, both in-person and remotely.
The internship provides a reimbursement and a fixed monthly allowance in the form of meal vouchers. Successful interns will be considered for the Wealth Customer Assistant role with a subsequent apprenticeship contract.
