A dynamic tech company in Italy is seeking a People Specialist to lead tech recruitment globally. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and product roles while supporting onboarding and data management. This position offers flexibility and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of technical recruitment experience and be fluent in Italian and English.
We’re looking for a People Specialist to join our People Operations team in Italy, with a core focus on tech recruitment globally and an appetite to grow into a broader PeopleOps generalist role over time.
You’ll start by leading recruitment for our Tech & Product teams (Software Engineering, QA, Data, SRE, Product, etc.) and gradually take on new responsibilities across onboarding, data, contracts, systems, payroll, and more.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and our People team to shape experiences for candidates and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
As a People Specialist focused on tech hiring globally, you’ll directly impact our ability to attract and retain the people who design, build, and scale our products. You’ll help us grow thoughtfully and inclusively, ensuring we have the talents needed to meet our strategic goals.
Beyond hiring, your work in PeopleOps will help ensure data accuracy, smooth processes, and a strong sense of employee connection — all of which are foundational to delivering on our company OKRs, and ultimately achieving our vision.
You bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency). You’re now seeking a broader career in PeopleOps, beyond just hiring.
You’re comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Google Workspace.
You’re organised, responsive, and take pride in clear communication.
You're curious, thoughtful, and eager to learn through hands-on experience. You have a strong interest in the tech and software engineering world and are always looking to understand what engineers actually do.
You bring a collaborative spirit and understand that People work is a team effort.
You speak Italian and English fluently and can comfortably navigate a global team.
