Bending Spoons is looking for a talented, driven and collaborative individual to join our Admin & People Operations team. You will help manage administrative operations across acquisitions, restructurings and growth, with a strong emphasis on regulation compliance and efficiency.

You will work with agile, high-potential teams and play a key role in onboarding, visa support, and strategic initiatives to improve employee welfare and experience.

• Coordinate administrative workstreams for new office launches and legal requirements.

• Manage offers, onboarding and offboarding with a focus on a smooth candidate/employee experience.
