A leading food company is seeking a People Operations Manager based in Milan to manage HR operations across Italy and Spain. You will handle payroll, compliance, and employee experience for approximately 60 employees. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Italian labor law, and fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English. Location: Milan, with regular travel to Barcelona
You will be the go-to person for all HR administrative and operational activities across Italy and Spain (approx. 60 employees combined). This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely execution of all people-related processes. You’ll work in close coordination with our central HR teams and external payroll providers, with a primary base in Milan and regular collaboration with our Barcelona office.
