Descrizione del lavoro

As an IT People Management and Competency Development Expert, you will support the IT organization with topics related to IT people management and development. Your responsibilities include defining, planning, and executing IT people strategies, leveraging your hands-on expertise in HR and People Development, and leading or collaborating on HR and development projects.

You will also collaborate with HR on initiatives to further develop the organization, utilizing synergies between IT and HR functions.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Support the Global IT Organizational Development Manager in defining and planning the IT people strategy to ensure alignment with IT strategy and IT Operating Model.
  • Assist in defining and measuring IT organizational objectives, targets, and KPIs.
  • Lead or participate as a team member in various initiatives aligned with the IT people strategy, including organizational setup, skills and competencies development, and cultural change.
  • Manage third-party vendors providing people management and development services, or support internal initiatives.
  • Contribute to the definition, measurement, and improvement of IT People Management and Development processes.
  • Analyze People Management and Development data to derive insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to IT stakeholders at various levels.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to achieve IT people strategy objectives and targets.
Your Background
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR or Learning & Development, preferably in an international company.
  • Proven experience leading projects in People Management and Development, with knowledge of HR processes such as workforce planning, employee lifecycle, skills and competency planning, and training delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Workday and LMS solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies like Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Organizational Change Management certification (PROSCI) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) at an intermediate level; Power BI and SharePoint are advantageous.
