Role Summary And Impact

This will be a varied and exciting role that will require you to partner with other departments and be proactive in looking for and proposing new ways of working in line with our goals and objectives.

You will work in a collaborative environment and, within the People Data Analytics team, you will contribute to the achievement of the People GroupM Team's goals.

Your main tasks
  • Collaborating with other teams to collect and analyze data
  • Navigate large datasets to find usable information
  • Working with international HR to produce and automate data reports on request, also contributing to the efficiency of the rest of the local HR team
  • Interest in basic HR processes (Learning, Development, Talent Acquisition, etc.); previous experience in the HR context is a plus
  • Managing the HR database ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • Working with our proprietary artificial intelligence platform to identify process efficiency improvement areas
  • Working on processes to streamline the activities of the department
Who you are
  • You like to work with numbers, leveraging a data-driven and analytical approach to decision making
  • You have good knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques
  • You are interested in HR topics, with a strong focus on data security and privacy
  • You have excellent attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
  • You are a great communicator who can build strong relationships
  • You can handle multiple tasks and projects at once
  • You consider yourself a team player and collaborator who is not afraid to ask questions
  • You understand how digital trends affect our business; you like to stay up to date on digital trends while proactively identifying new ways to solve business problems using technology and other digital tools
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power Query, Power BI and Power Automate would be a plus
  • You are proficient in English
