People & Culture Advisor (Junior HR Generalist) - Palladium Hotel Group

Palladium Hotel Group is seeking a People & Culture Advisor (Junior HR Generalist) for the Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa, a 5-star resort in Campofelice di Roccella.

Our resort features 469 rooms, 5 restaurants, 4 pools, a spa, and private beach access. It is part of Palladium Hotel Group, a Spanish company with over 50 properties across 6 countries, managing 9 brands.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Human Resources team, eager to support all HR functions and collaborate closely with the HR Manager.

**Role Objective:**
Assist in all HR department activities, acting as a liaison between HR, departments, and employees, supporting operational teams. The primary goal aligns with our company's mission: "convert customers into Fans".

**Main Activities:**

  • Manage recruitment processes;
  • Support training activities;
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on corporate HR projects within the hotel;
  • Assist with data entry for payroll processing;
  • Contribute to health and safety compliance in accordance with legislative requirements (ex d.lgs. 81/2008);
  • Provide HR support to employees on various topics.
