  • About the role

We are expanding our team in Sirolo and we are therefore looking for somebody who will help us build the HR function locally.

The HRBP will be the People Expert in the relevant Hub, supporting the business to hiring talented people, helping managing white and blue collars, delivering training paths as part of our internal Academy and helping to build and execute processes that drive high performance, and ultimately creating an environment where people feel personally connected to delivering the company purpose and can do their best work.

Work area and key responsibilities :

  • Talent Attraction : help the company to scale quickly, with a special focus on specialized blue collar roles
  • People Management : help Hub managers to implement the right people solutions, identifying operational issues and proposing solutions
  • Training : participate in building our internal Academy - in order to create a path for junior employees to boost their (hard and soft) skills
  • Change Management : facilitate the internal cultural transition to become an employer of choice and to spread our company culture and core values among employees
  • Employee Engagement : drive engagement initiatives that build upon our vision to be the best place to work within our industry
  • People Ops and HR Admin : act as a SME on People Ops and HR Admin topics
  • What we would like you to have

Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have :

Must have :

  • HR Business Partner experience, with direct ownership on hard and soft HR topics
  • Experience in an industrial (blue collars) environment
  • Ability to quickly scale up the organization (knowledge of the territory and of the local recruitment channels)

Nice-to-have :

  • Training skills : ability to design training modules, to organize and deliver training courses and to follow up on those to continually improve training quality
  • Comfortable switching between operational and strategic HR
  • Knowledge of Italian labor laws & regulations
  • Who you are
  • You must have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Effective multitasking skills, tenacity, and strong attention to details
  • Keen to continue learning and developing their skills, having a growth mindset
