Un leader dans le domaine des assurances recherche un HR Business Partner pour soutenir les équipes au sein de la centrale. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables d'entreprise pour répondre aux besoins en personnel, tout en veillant à la conformité avec les réglementations du travail. Vous aurez également la responsabilité de promouvoir une culture d'entreprise positive et inclusive et mettre en œuvre des politiques de récompense adaptées. Un minimum de 7-10 ans d'expérience est requis pour ce défi professionnel.

Competenze

  • Min 7-10 ans d'expérience comme HR Business Partner ou spécialiste en HR.
  • Connaissance approfondie des pratiques RH et réglementations du travail.
  • Compétences en communication et capacité à construire des relations.

Mansioni

  • Travailler avec les dirigeants pour développer des solutions RH adaptées aux besoins.
  • Soutenir les managers sur les enjeux liés aux RH et à la gestion des performances.
  • Analyser les données RH pour identifier des tendances et améliorations.

Within the Group Chief People & Organization function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team, who will support and collaborate with the Central Functions of the Group Head Office.

The job holder can be based in Milano, Trieste, RomaorMogliano Veneto.

Key responsibilities of the role will include :

  • Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
  • Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
  • Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit
  • Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence
  • Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed
  • Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team
  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management / Data Analytics or Communication
  • At least 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
  • Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude
