A leading global law firm seeks a People and Culture professional to enhance HR operations in its Milan office. The HR Business Partner will manage recruitment processes, employee lifecycle changes, and foster effective communication within the team. This role requires significant HR experience in professional services, particularly in law, and proficiency in both Italian and English.

Our Italian office of Norton Rose Fulbright is looking for People and Culture professional to support our team of 45 (incl. 7 Partners). We are an international Law firm, looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for all People and Culture based activities in our Milan office.
In this role, you are the key People and Culture person for the Milan office, supported by and collaborating with our People and Culture teams across the EMEA region. You will be working closely with the Head of Office and reporting into the COO for Germany, Italy and Poland as well as the Director of People and Culture Business Partnering (EMEA) based in London.
